At Locally Handmade, we take pride in offering unique, handcrafted products made by talented local vendors. Because each item is one of a kind and made by different artisans, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we want to make sure you love your purchase!

If you have any concerns about a product, we’re happy to provide you with the contact information for the vendor who created it. They’ll be able to assist you directly with any product-related questions or issues.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and help resolve it.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for clothing and gloves if you need a different size! If we don’t have the correct size in stock, we’ll provide you with the vendor’s contact information so you can reach out to them directly.

Refunds (If Accepted)

If a refund is approved, we’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If eligible, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
