Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details will be securely stored and charged for each scheduled delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the renewal date.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is either out of stock or soon to be available.

  • Depending on the item, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout.
  • Your payment method will be stored securely, and you will be charged for the full or remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled.
    • Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy

For try-before-you-buy items, we authorize your payment method before shipping your order.

  • You will have a set trial period to decide whether to keep the item.
  • If you choose to return the item within the trial period, you will not be charged.
  • If you do not return the item within the trial period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
